2 Sicc Reviewz "The Savage Alliance"

2 Sicc Reviewz "The Savage Alliance"

1) "Savage Intro" Night Shield, Overflow
Overflow lays down a nice beat to start the album with. Night Shield starts it off with an ok flow. Overflow has the next verse and spits a cool flow. A nice little start to the album, just two short verses from Night Shield and Overflow.

2) "The Way I Live" Triple Crown ft. Christina Bulatao
The beat by Deeper Era Productions is tight and on point. Night Shield starts this one off with a clean verse. Christina Bulatao lays down some nice vocals on the hook. Cin'atra comes next and comes with a hard verse. Overflow finishes off the song with a decent verse. One of my favorite songs on the album, I'm feeling it to the fullest.

3) "Hollow Point Lyrics (remix)" Dividenz
Some nice production from D-Sane for this song. This is a pretty good song from Dividenz. Their flows on the mic are pretty good. I like the second member of the album more than the first though. A pretty good song overall.

4) "Callin' Em Out (remix)" Brougham Camp
I never heard the original version of this song, but this version is tight as fuck. The beat by Mobious is hard and fits the flow of the song perfectly. The verses are tight ass fuck. I don't like the guy who does the hook, but I'm feeling the mic work by the rapper on the verses. A solid song overall, I'm feeling it.

5) "Learn the Name" Mo-X & Lil' G
This is the first track from Mo-X & Lil' G's debut album. The beat by Ill 3K is on point and fits their flows nicely. Both Mo-X and Lil' G come nicely on the mic. It wasn't my favorite song from their album, but it's a coo song overall, I'm feeling it.

6) "The Set it Off" Overflow
Overflow lays down his own beat for this song. It's a cool beat that has a nice hip-hop/R&B feel to it. Overflow has that coo hip-hop flow. I like the hook the most, but Overflow lays down a nice flow on the mic. I like this song more than the songs from his album Just Begun to Begin. A good song overall.

7) "Funk Keeps Me Stressing" Cin'atra
Mobious lays down a nice slow paced beat. Cin'atra talks about all the kids in the streets who slang, steal, shoot and kills. He talks about just keeping going everyday. A solid song overall, I'm feeling it.

8) "Call Me a Savage" Night Shield
Arithmatik lays down a solid beat with some nice piano work in the background. Night Shield lays down his best song I've heard from him yet. I like the lyrics he puts down and his delivery on the mic. This song seems to grow more and more on me the more I bump it. A tight song overall, I'm feeling it to the fullest.

9) "Nightly Routine" Young Vicious, Notes
D-Sane lays down a coo beat that gets your head moving. Young Vicious and Notes come clean on the mic. Both have some solid verses and the hook they put down fits in perfectly. I'd like to hear more from theses two after hearing this song. A solid song overall.

10) "Let You Know" Brougham Camp
I don't like this Broughan Camp song as much as the first one. The beat by Mobious is solid, but not his best work on this album. I don't like the hook to the song, the verses are alright, but I just can't get into this one like the first one. Could have been better, I'm not feeling it.

11) "Our Time" Triple Crown ft. The Noblemen
Mobious lays down a solid beat for this song. Triple Beam and Noblemen put it down on this song. Night Shield spits a solid verse to start it off. I haven't heard much from The Noblemen, but they come coo on the mic. Cin'atra lays down a solid verse and Overflow comes coo. A tight song overall, another one of my favorites.

12) "Seattle City Limits" Lack Of Respect
More good production from D-Sane, this time a slower beat. Lack Of Respect comes coo on the mic. I think they needed to slow down the pace of their flow a little on this song to make it fit with the beat better, but I like the lyrics they put down. A solid song overall.

13) "Sunny Days" Cin'atra
Funk Daddy lays down a cool beat that fits the mood of the song. Cin'atra lays down some nice summer lay back lyrics. It's just a medium paced kick back and chill track. Cin'atra comes tight on this one, I like this solo more than the other solo from Cin'atra. A cool song overall, I'm feeling it.

14) "On Again" Overflow
I don't like the beat by Medi-Mady Productions for this song. I don't like the background instruments that much and the beat isn't that great. I like Overflow on the hook the most. He spits some alright verses. This could have been a lot better with a better beat.

15) "Street Life" Arjay
More good production from Big Ice and Oral Bee. They bring a nice slow paced beat for Arjay to flow to. He comes with some nice vocals on the mic on another R&B type of track. I like this one a lot because he actually sings and not just flows like it was an R&B song. Nice work on the production by Big Ice and Oral Bee and some nice singing by Arjay, I'm feeling it overall.

16) "You Don't Call" Chad Sharp ft. Night Shield
Chad Sharp lays down the beat for this one himself. It has a good feel to it as Chad Sharp lays down some R&B type vocals on his verses. Night Shield adds a bit of hip-hop flavor to the song, but his verses really doesn't fit in with this song. Would have been best just left as an R&B song from Chad Sharp.

17) "If We Try" Unexpected Arrival
Isaac Meek lays down a cool beat that has a mainstream feel to it. Unexpected Arrival has a good mix of flows on the verses and a coo slow vocals on the hook. This really has a mainstream feel to it. It's a solid song overall, I'm feeling it.

18) "Focus" Rezawrecktion
SupaMan brings a coo beat to the table for this song. Rezawrecktion spits some nice flows on the mic. I don't like the second verse at all. It would have perfect if it had ended after the first verse. It's a decent song overall, I'm not into that much after verse one.

19) "Who Gives a Fuck" Bullet
Torrey Ward lays down a cool beat, but I'm not feeling Bullet at all. I don't like his delivery at all. He has some decent lyrics, but I can't get past his delivery. I'm not feeling this song at all.

20) "Drift Away" J Trey
More R&B style right here. Skyler Johnson lays down the beat for this one. I'm not feeling J Trey that much. The song has some nice vocals on the hook, but I'm not feeling the verses. Not really feeling this song at all.

Overall this was another good compilation from Night Shield Ent. I think there could have been a few songs cut out, but for the most part the songs were solid. The production was pretty good, although no beats really stood out to me. Night Shield showed he is progressing on the mic and Cin'atra has some good songs as well. If you liked the first two compilations from Night Shield Ent. you'll like this one too. A solid album.

Overall Rating = 4/5
